LHGI back in PINK

We are please to announce that Lighthouse Global Holdings, Inc is back in PINK in 2026.

We have shifted our office registration to Wyoming for ease of compliance and savings in filing.

For 2025, LHGI will strive to seek out profitable real estate-related businesses for our M&A strategy. Our objective for such traditional businesses is to increase value exceedingly with new technology, system and consolidate resources.

Many of these traditional yet profitable businesses are entering into a phase of embracing technology or be exterminated by the latest AI applications. Many owners are contemplating retiring and so we see huge opportunities in taking over such businesses and consolidate them into a One-Stop solution to expand and extend their market and efficiency.

We hope we will be successful in this area within the next 2 quarters and benefit all shareholders.
